Updates allowed_bots on the reusable review workflow to aikido-autofix-us,blacksmith-sh,dependabot,renovate, so Claude reviews PRs opened by the bots ht-platform uses (aikido-autofix-us, blacksmith-sh, dependabot) in addition to renovate.

Note: this drops devin-ai-integration from the previous list (renovate,devin-ai-integration) — per the requested final value. Flagging in case Devin is still wanted anywhere; say the word and I'll add it back.

Single-line config change to the shared review workflow's allowed_bots. Validated the YAML parses. No functional/prompt/schema change.
